**Ingredients:**
– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, chopped
– 3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
– 4 cups vegetable broth
– 1 cup cream
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. In a large pot, melt the butter or heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and translucent.
